Emergency Reporting wanted to replace a third-party integration so that they could eliminate expenses and so they could provide a more streamlined product for customers.
The Rig Check tool enables firefighters to keep their vehicles well maintained are prepared for every incident they respond to. The tool has both an admin feature for creating the Rig Check questionnaire and a reporting feature for filling out the questionnaire.
